CASE MANAGERS
A Case Manager will assist you in a process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates your options and the services that best meet a client’s needs. The Case Manager will then be your guide to ensure your success on your journey to find and maintain employment.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT WORKER
The Employment Support Worker will assist all our job seekers in finding and maintaining a job. They will endeavor to match possible employee to possible employer. The Employment Support Worker is also responsible for assisting clients in strategies that support and identify employment maintenance needs for individuals employed.
INFORMATION RESOURCE SPECIALIST (IRS)
The Specialist assists with resume writing, cover letter writing, job search, and provides up to date labour market information to clients. The IRS will be the initial point of contact for clients and ensure clients are greeted in a friendly manner that makes them feel comfortable and welcomed.
EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Provide day-to-day assistance to employers and facilitate access to appropriate programs, resources and services including on-going follow-up. Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing and outreach strategies that help employers build their business and recruit employees. Specialize in program and service management for employers including assessing needs, and managing the coordination of targeted outreach services.
WORKSHOP FACILITATOR & COORDINATOR
Customized workshops will be created to meet the needs of clients and employers. Our goal is to fill any gaps to the best of our ability based on what clients and employers identify as potential areas of interest or concern.
As to the Youth Coordinator position, we will provide more support around career, education and employment options for students. To help them navigate and filter through all the information to get them on the right path for their future. Through consultation and collaboration we will engage with students, parents and teachers to create learning opportunities related to the labour market, career pathways and education or employment options.

SCHOOL LIAISON
Our School Liaison – Career Practitioner provides support to school staff, Grades 7-12 students, and families on career planning, navigating labour market information, exploring labour market expectations, and making informed decisions prior to entering the labour market. Part of a Province-wide initiative, our School Liaison – Career Practitioner will support all students as they transition from public school into college, university, apprenticeship, and the work force.
